Health and fitness transformed my life in ways I never dreamt possible. Coming from a background of being unhealthy, overweight and unhappy, I genuinely never thought I’d get to a place where I felt so proud of the woman I’d become. It was only once I started prioritising my health and making choices that served me, I became truly happy in my body and mind.
In 2022, I founded Envision Coaching and began helping women all around the world do exactly the same.

I’ve lived a very active lifestyle from a young age. I was a gymnast from the age of 3 and loved sports. As I got older, I found a new outlet to move my body which I completely fell in love with - the gym. Weight training helped me understand that I had a pretty unhealthy relationship with nutrition and training, so I began doing the work to create a healthy one! I educated myself on eating to fuel my body and training to be fit and strong! I qualified as a Personal Trainer and now I help women do the same!

Sport has been a passion of mine from a young age. As I got older, I wanted to start taking care of my body both mentally and physically and this where I completely fell in love with the gym.
Heading into my late teens and early twenties I struggled massively with body confidence, nutrition, managing a high pressured job, and never putting myself first. After years of trial and error, I found the balance through educating myself on how to train effectively and also how to prioritise my nutrition and habits to compliment this
I never thought I would get to a place where I am truly proud of who I am, while helping other women over come obstacles just like me.

I have been pretty active my whole life and was a gymnast throughout my childhood. During my teenage years I quit gymnastics and began struggling with food and body image. After years of feeling rubbish about myself, I eventually joined the gym as I simply wanted to get into a form of exercise again. I started going late at night to avoid people and spent endless hours on the treadmill too scared to try anything else, but then I discovered weight training which is where my passion now lies. Lifting weights made me realise I needed to fuel my body properly and look after it in order to progress. I decided I wanted to learn more about the gym and nutrition which lead me to do my personal training course and now I aspire to help as many women feel confident in their bodies as possible and tackle gym anxiety. Everyone deserves a body they feel comfortable in and I want to help people on that journey of self confidence!

I was always very active as a child but heading into my late teens and twenties, and after have two babies, my weight spiraled out of control and I didn’t know how to stop it. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 29 years old and that’s when I knew I needed to get my body to a healthy place. I invested in a coach (an Envision coach!), lost 3.5 stone and fell in love with the gym and taking care of my body. Now my passion is to help busy women (especially mums) who are struggling like I was once do the same. My mission is to help women prioritise their health and fitness and stop putting themselves to the bottom of the pile!

I grew up sporty but like many women, during my late teens and early twenties I started going out drinking multiple times a week, living off takeaways, binge eating, & not looking after myself.
I joined a gym but had no idea what I was doing for a long time and found myself trying all sorts of “fads” with little success. I began to educate myself on what really works to become strong, healthy & build not only a body i am proud of, but also a mindset i am proud of too.
This ignited my passion for showing other women how strong & capable they are too
Coming from a corporate background, I understand the demands of a busy & stressful job. Alongside that, I still have a busy social life. I love eating out & having fun, & I want to show other women that it IS possible to reach your goals & THRIVE physically & mentally, without giving up the fun.
